Job summary

GRIDWORKS is seeking a Project Manager to oversee utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects across the United States. You will lead multidisciplinary teams through all phases of project execution, from planning and budgeting to commissioning and closeout, ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of construction project management experience, strong electrical systems knowledge, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction project management experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of project management from planning to closeout.
• Develop execution strategies, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction and finance.
• Monitor safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Facilitate weekly leadership meetings and risk reviews.
• Mentor Assistant Project Managers and team members.
• Manage closeout activities and lessons learned.
