Job summary

Power Factors seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate utility-scale SCADA projects from sales through commissioning across regions such as West Europe and Latin America. You will liaise with sales, technical managers, engineers, suppliers, and clients to ensure timely, on-scope delivery and seamless handoffs between teams.

The ideal candidate has a strong background in renewable energy, power systems, and SCADA integration, with 5+ years in project management, proficiency in MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Power Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience.
• Background in renewable energy, power systems, or SCADA integration.
• Deep understanding of power grids and renewable infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and complex project portfolios.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects on time and within scope.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project, Jira, and Google Workspace tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and enforce SCADA project execution plans, from sales to commissioning.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, invoicing milestones, and closure.
• Maintain daily client communication and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Adopt and enforce company processes and project management tools.
• Collaborate with clients to define scope, deliverables, and milestones.
• Plan and monitor internal workflows and resource allocations.
• Oversee handoffs to support teams and evaluate project outcomes.
• Identify risks, constraints, and implement mitigation plans.
• Ensure quality assurance across all project deliverables.
