Job summary

Enfinity Global is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of renewable energy projects, primarily focusing on solar. This role handles projects from initial development through commissioning, ensuring budgets, timelines, and regulatory compliance are met.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in renewable energy, strong communication and leadership, plus an understanding of project finance and environmental requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• 10+ years of PV Construction & Management experience (EPC or Owner perspectives).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; ability to travel to sites.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets and schedules.
• Coordinate with finance to track costs and secure funding.
• Oversee permitting and regulatory submissions.
• Lead transition from development to construction and oversee bids/contracts.
• Monitor construction progress, safety, quality, and compliance.
• Manage stakeholders and provide regular progress and risk reports.
• Oversee commissioning, handover to operations, and project closeout.
