Job summary

Enfinity Global is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of renewable energy projects, primarily solar. You will manage from permitting and feasibility through construction, commissioning, and handover, with a strong emphasis on regulatory compliance, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in PV construction/management, excellent communication, and proficiency in project finance and MS Project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or related field.
• Master’s degree or PMP certification preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years experience in PV Construction & Management in EPC or Owner contexts.
• Strong written and oral communication skills; travel readiness.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage project budgets, stay within financial parameters.
• Coordinate with finance to track costs, viability, and funding.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (environmental, zoning, land use) at all levels.
• Oversee permitting docs and agency submissions for projects.
• Lead transition from development to construction with bids and contracts.
• Monitor construction progress, milestones, and quality standards.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and site quality control.
• Identify risks and implement mitigations to avoid delays or overruns.
• Serve as main point of contact for stakeholders and investors.
• Provide status reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.
• Lead commissioning and handover to operations; manage closeout.

Job Description

Enfinity Global is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of renewable energy projects, primarily focusing on solar projects. This role will be responsible for managing projects from initial development, including permitting and feasibility studies, through to the construction and commissioning phases. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing renewable energy projects, possess excellent communication and leadership skills, and have a solid understanding of project finance, regulatory compliance, and environmental requirements.

Key Responsibility

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets, ensuring projects stay within financial parameters.
• Work closely with finance teams to track project costs, assess financial viability, and secure necessary funding or capital.
• Ensure all local, state, and federal regulations are adhered to, including environmental, zoning, and land use permits.
• Coordinate the preparation of necessary documentation and submissions for permitting agencies.
• Oversee the transition from development to construction, including managing contractor bids, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.
• Monitor project progress during construction, ensuring all milestones are met on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Coordinate with site managers and contractors to ensure compliance with project specifications, health and safety regulations, and quality control measures.
• Identify, assess, and manage potential risks during all project phases, implementing solutions as necessary to avoid delays or cost overruns.
• Act as the central point of contact for all project stakeholders, including senior management, investors, contractors, and community groups.
• Provide regular updates on project status, including progress reports, budget updates, and risk assessments.
• Lead the final commissioning of renewable energy projects, ensuring smooth handover to operations teams once construction is complete.
• Oversee project closeout, including final reports, as-built documentation, and lessons learned.
• Office 50% and travel 50% to jobsites

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• 10 + years experience in PV Construction & Management, either in EPC and/or Owner perspectives.
• Team player, high level of organization, time management, and autonomy.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and business relationships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written
• Domain of MS Office, good knowledge of MS Project and CAD.
• Available to travel and stay in project sites in various locations when required.
