Job summary

Enfinity Global in the United States is seeking a driven Project Manager to oversee the development and construction of solar projects. You will manage initiatives from permitting and feasibility to commissioning, coordinating with finance, regulatory teams, and site managers.

The role requires 10+ years in PV construction, strong leadership and communication, MS Project/CAD proficiency, and willingness to travel 50% to various sites. A Bachelor's in Engineering or related field is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in PV construction & management (EPC or Owner).

Responsibilities

• Prepare, monitor, and manage project budgets.
• Work with finance teams to track costs and funding.
• Ensure regulatory permits and environmental compliance.
• Coordinate documentation for permitting agencies.
• Oversee transition from development to construction and bids.
• Monitor progress to meet milestones within budget and quality.
• Coordinate with site managers and contractors for safety and quality.
• Identify and manage project risks.
• Lead final commissioning and handover to operations.
• Oversee project closeout and lessons learned.
• Travel to jobsites 50% of the time.
