Job summary

Treaty Oak Clean Energy, LLC is seeking a Manager, Project Finance to lead and support all aspects of the project finance function, including structuring, negotiating, and funding construction and tax equity financings for late‑stage and in‑construction projects.

The role will be the lead financial modeler, coordinate with lenders, investors, and consultants, and mentor an Associate, with relocation to Austin and a hybrid schedule in office Tue–Thu. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• BS / MS in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or another quantitative field.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with advanced project finance modelling.
• Understanding of renewable project economics, value drivers, and key docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, updating, and management of fully structured project-finance models (debt and tax equity).
• Coordinate due diligence with consultants and financiers and communicate findings to senior staff.
• Manage model inputs with internal SMEs and ensure data accuracy across financing processes.
• Coordinate financing due diligence, Q&A logs, data rooms, and deliverables from consultants.
• Prepare marketing materials (teasers, CIMs) for lenders and investors.
• Support marketing, negotiation, documentation, closing, and funding for debt financing and tax equity.
