Job summary

Treaty Oak Clean Energy, based in Austin, Texas, seeks a high-impact Manager, Investments to drive financial diligence from development through FID and into construction. You will build and audit complex financial models for solar and battery storage projects, coordinate cross-functional diligence, and prepare investment materials for internal and sponsor approvals.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in renewable energy finance, strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with tax equity

Qualifications

• 5+ years of renewable energy experience in project finance, corporate finance, or investment banking.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with financial model creation and best practices.
• Knowledge of renewable energy project economics and tax incentives.
• Experience preparing investment memoranda and financing materials for institutional audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead preparation of investment memoranda, FID packages, and supporting materials.
• Develop and quality-control structured project financial models for solar and storage.
• Prepare marketing materials (teasers, CIMs) for financing processes.
• Coordinate due diligence with legal, tax, insurance, and engineering teams.
• Manage external capital raising processes and investor relations.
• Advise on regulatory compliance affecting project economics and eligibility.
• Monitor interconnection queue dynamics and related risk across ISOs/RTOs.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate across departments.
