• 7-10 years of project development experience in renewable energy.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of complex project development and portfolio management.
• Own development schedules and budgets for wind projects.
• Evaluate risks across timelines, permitting, policy, and technical constraints.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly with senior leadership on risks and actions.
• Coordinate with engineering, permitting, finance, and external partners.
• Manage contractor selection and permit strategy.
