AES Corporation seeks a Communications Lead Analyst to support strategic communications for AES' US Renewables & Power portfolio. You will translate complex energy projects into clear messages for diverse stakeholders, manage project narratives, and help drive engagement across markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in communications, public affairs, public relations, marketing, journalism, stakeholder engagement, community relations, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, Environmental Policy, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Support AES' external communications strategy, helping strengthen the company's reputation as an innovative, responsible energy leader.
• Develop and execute communications plans for project milestones throughout the project lifecycle, from early development through operations.
• Create project narratives and engagement strategies for community meetings, public events, open houses, construction milestones, media opportunities, and other stakeholder-facing activities.
• Develop communications campaigns that support priority business objectives, policy initiatives, and regulatory engagement efforts.
