Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Experience in developing renewable projects and managing cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of land use, permitting, interconnection, and financial analyses.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day transaction processes to ensure timely, cost-effective project completion.
• Lead financial feasibility analyses, engineering/design coordination, and permitting activities.
• Oversee multiple complex projects and coordinate due diligence with internal teams.
• Act as liaison with consultants, attorneys, and regulatory entities.
• Develop contractual arrangements and negotiate with contractors.
• Present project updates to Development leadership and drive equipoise across stakeholders.
