Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–12 years of progressive experience in renewable energy project development or related fields.
• Experience leading multi-stakeholder permitting and regulatory processes.
• Track record of independently advancing large-scale projects from greenfield through pre-construction.
• Strong financial modeling and development budgeting experience.
• Experience negotiating with landowners, utilities, regulators, and government entities.

Responsibilities

• Lead site identification and feasibility assessments for utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Own the permitting process across local, state, and federal jurisdictions and manage regulatory relationships.
• Negotiate site-control agreements and project-support arrangements with stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and progress reporting.
• Lead financial modeling, funding strategy, and structuring of commercial agreements (PPA, interconnection).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, environmental, legal, finance, and business development.
