Qualifications

• 7–12 years of renewable energy project development experience.
• Proven track record of advancing projects from greenfield to pre-construction.
• Experience across site control, permitting, interconnection, and environmental review.

Responsibilities

• Lead site identification and advanced feasibility assessments for utility-scale renewables.
• Own permitting across local, state, and federal jurisdictions and resolve regulatory challenges.
• Lead negotiations with landowners, utilities, municipalities, regulators and other stakeholders.
• Develop, own, and manage project schedules, budgets, risk registers, and executive reports.
• Lead project financial modeling, funding strategy, and negotiation of PPAs and interconnection agreements.
• Serve as senior cross-functional liaison among engineering, environmental, legal, finance, and BD teams.
• Represent the company at hearings, community meetings, and industry events as a senior spokesperson.
• Monitor market, policy, regulatory and tech trends; translate into strategic recommendations.
• Lead pre-construction handoffs to construction teams with complete documentation.
• Mentor junior and mid-level development staff and promote knowledge sharing.
