Qualifications

• This role requires a Bachelor's degree in engineering or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in solar site management with preferred 10 years in solar operations or utilities.
• Experience with energy technologies, grant management, and reporting.
• Strong budgeting, data management and analytics capabilities.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a solid work history.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of renewable energy systems including solar and battery storage.
• Monitor project development, contracts, budgets, and performance reporting.
• Coordinate site services and ensure safety and compliance.
• Develop QA plans and technical materials for facility management.
• Perform risk mitigation and support environmental and sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with contractors, utilities, vendors, and engineering bodies.
• Support community workforce development programs as needed.
• Travel as required to project sites and meetings.
• Ensure end-of-life planning and recycling strategies for systems.
• Manage data and analytics to quantify energy and economic benefits.
• Attend trainings and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and partners.
