Qualifications
8+ years of hands-on experience with PLC programming and industrial control systems.
Strong understanding of plant operations and ability to optimize control systems to reduce downtime and costs.
Responsibilities
Provide technical support for renewable control systems, including PLCs, SCADA, instrumentation, and related software.
Program, configure, and upgrade SCADA systems.
Analyze and improve control processes to enhance system reliability, availability, and performance.
Lead troubleshooting, calibration, and maintenance of control systems.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, technical staff, and contractors.
Skills
Advanced knowledge of controls, instrumentation, and SCADA systems
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Project management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities
