CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior Rendering Engineer to advance rendering systems for Cyberpunk 2 using Unreal Engine 5. You will optimize graphics, collaborate with engineers and artists, and push runtime fidelity for a sprawling open world.

Requirements include 7+ years in graphics programming, strong C++, and experience with Unreal Engine 5, DirectX12 or Vulkan, and graphics debugging. This role can be hybrid/in-office or remote in the US, with competitive compensation.

Competenze

• 7+ years of industry experience in graphics programming.
• Experience on AAA console titles and Unreal Engine.
• Fluent in C++ with graphics programming expertise.
• Proficient with Unreal Engine 5 or equivalent engine.
• Strong knowledge of modern rendering techniques and GPU/CPU architecture.
• Multithreaded programming experience.
• Experience with low-level graphics APIs (DirectX12, Vulkan).
• Familiar with graphics debugging tools (RenderDoc, Pix).
• Ability to profile and optimize performance at a low level.
• Excellent communication, ownership mindset, proactive teamwork.
