Job summary

Great American Insurance Group is seeking a Workers' Compensation Claims Specialist for a fully remote role. The candidate will handle investigations, coverage and liability reviews, and work toward timely resolutions across multiple states.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 5–10 years of Workers' Compensation claims experience, and multi-state adjuster licensing (TX, CT, FL desired). Salary ranges from $90,000 to $110,000.

• 5–10 years of Workers' Compensation claims handling experience.
• Multi-state adjusters licensing required; licenses in TX, CT, FL desired.

Responsibilities

• Investigates and maintains claims; reviews coverage and liability.
• Secures and analyzes reports, policies, appraisals, releases, statements, and records.
• Works toward resolution of claims and attends arbitrations, mediations, depositions or trials as needed.
• May affect settlements/reserves within personal authority; reports to supervisor when exceeding authority.
