Qualifications

• 3 years of experience handling workers’ compensation indemnity claims of medium complexity/severity.
• AIC or SLA certification preferred.
• Ability to obtain appropriate state licensing as required.

Responsibilities

• Investigate losses and determine compensability.
• Develop action plans to conclude claims and evaluate damages.
• Collaborate with agents and stakeholders to manage claims.
