Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage workers' compensation claims across jurisdictions, including TX, CO, UT. Remote work eligible.

You will analyze claims exposure, coordinate with clients and claimants, and ensure timely, empathetic service while upholding policy guidelines. A high school diploma and 5+ years of claims experience are required; preference for licensure in TX, OK, UT.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriately licensed in all states where claims are handled.
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims software.

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve complex workers' compensation claims.
• Work with clients to deliver innovative solutions and improve processes.
