Job summary

Pulse Labs is hiring a Senior Mixed-Methods Researcher to lead high-impact research initiatives for enterprise clients. You will architect and execute comprehensive quantitative and qualitative studies, leveraging Pulse Labs' platform to deliver data-driven narratives about product interactions across next-gen technologies.

You will join a fast-paced, collaborative team that values methodological rigor and ownership.

Qualifications

5+ years of mixed-methods research leading end-to-end quantitative and qualitative investigations.
Proven expertise across study design, data collection, analysis and synthesis.
Experience managing client/consulting relationships with senior stakeholders.
Strong data pattern recognition and anomaly detection skills.
Autonomy and proactive ownership in fast-paced multi-project settings.

Responsibilities

Partner with enterprise clients to scope and design research plans aligned with business goals.
Architect and lead end-to-end mixed-methods research using surveys and UX methods.
Own planning, execution, and delivery of fast-paced multi-track studies.
Synthesize multimodal data into behavioral drivers and opportunities for product teams.
Run advanced statistical analyses to evaluate feature prioritization and trends.
Create client-ready deliverables including executive summaries and reports.
Present findings and strategic recommendations to cross-functional teams and executives.
Mentor junior researchers and maintain analytical rigor across the team.
Refine research workflows and optimize processes based on project lessons.
