Job summary

Responsibilities include designing detection capabilities, optimizing SIEM use cases, conducting threat hunts, and supporting audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a cybersecurity-related field.
• 5+ years in threat detection, security engineering, or related roles.
• Hands-on with SIEM platforms (MS Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, Elastic).
• Experience developing/detecting rules, alerts, and monitoring processes.
• Knowledge of auditing principles, risk, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience supporting audits and auditor requests.
• Familiarity with security frameworks and standards.
• Experience investigating events, logs, threats in enterprise environments.
• Strong network, endpoint, and cloud security monitoring understanding.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain threat detection and monitoring across environments.
• Tune SIEM use cases, alerts, and correlation logic.
• Threat hunting, investigations, and event analysis.
• Collaborate with Security Operations, Incident Response, Infra, and Cloud teams.
• Support audits with evidence, documentation, and responses.
