Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Test Manager to lead QA strategy and teams in a fully remote role. You will design enterprise-wide test plans for UI, API, and performance, mentor QA staff, and drive quality across development cycles.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Test Management.
Experience designing test strategies across UI, API, and performance layers.
Leadership experience managing QA teams and end-to-end testing.
Proficiency in risk-based testing to prioritize critical system functionalities.
Knowledge of defect lifecycle and familiarity with Jira/TestRail.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Design and implement enterprise-level test strategies across UI, API, and performance.
Lead and mentor QA teams, coordinating testing with development goals.
Manage end-to-end defect lifecycle and establish quality benchmarks.
Apply risk-based testing to prioritize critical functionalities.
Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate QA into CI/CD pipelines.
