Hire Latam LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Remote Senior Tax Preparer & Client Operations Specialist to work directly with the firm's CPA founder. You will prepare review-ready individual and business tax returns using Drake Tax, review organizers, and stage workpaper packages.

Additionally, you will lead TaxDome client operations—managing inboxes, requesting missing information, onboarding new accounts, and supporting monthly bookkeeping data collection.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on technical SEO experience, preferably in an agency.
• Proficient with Screaming Frog, Sitebulb, GSC, GA4, Ahrefs or Semrush.
• Experience leading site migrations and fixing indexing/redirect issues.
• Strong HTML/CSS knowledge and WordPress administration.
• Experience with multi-location/local SEO and GSBI integrations.
• Excellent written English for developer briefs and stakeholder updates.
• Full-time availability with daily overlap in US Eastern Time.
• Reliable remote setup with fast internet.

Responsabilités

• Prepare complex individual tax returns (Form 1040) and business returns (1120-S, 1065) in Drake Tax.
• Review organizers and identify missing documents before filing.
• Stage structured workpaper packages for CPA review.
• Stay current on US tax code, deductions, and reporting for small business and rental properties.
• Manage TaxDome client operations: inbox, chat inquiries, onboarding, and data collection.
• Communicate clearly with clients to request documents and provide timelines.
• Support monthly bookkeeping data collection.
