LTD Scale is seeking an experienced Senior Tax Preparer / Tax Accountant to support US-based clients. This role is remote and full-time, geared for professionals with hands-on, high-volume individual and business tax preparation and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have at least 4 years of direct tax preparation experience and have prepared 300+ individual returns and 150+ business returns, with proficiency in UltraTax CS and QuickBooks Online.

• At least 4 years of direct tax preparation experience.
• 300+ individual returns (Form 1040) and 150+ business returns (Forms 1120/1065) prepared.
• Proficiency with UltraTax CS and QuickBooks Online.

Mansioni

• Prepare individual and business tax returns (1040, 1120, 1065).
• Workpapers, trial balances, and book-to-tax adjustments.
• Assist with multi-state and SALT filings; manage K-1s and flow-through entities.
