Job summary

Partner Company, a growing accounting practice led by a CPA founder, seeks a full-time tax professional to serve as the primary tax preparer while helping manage day-to-day workflows. This fully remote role focuses on US tax returns and client coordination.

You will prepare complex individual and business returns, manage TaxDome workflows, and draft client communications, with annual reviews and career progression.

Qualifications

• At least 3 US tax seasons preparing Form 1040 in a US accounting or CPA firm.
• Proficient with Drake Tax and TaxDome; native-level written English.
• Full-time availability with 9 AM–3 PM ET overlap.

Responsibilities

• Prepare complex individual and business tax returns using Drake Tax or comparable software.
• Manage workflows in TaxDome, coordinate onboarding, and maintain client records.
• Draft professional client communications and support monthly bookkeeping data collection.
