Qualifications

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 most recent years of Commercial Lines Compliance / Surplus Tax Filings experience.

Responsibilities

• Process surplus lines taxes and stamping fees filings for all states.
• Process daily, monthly, semi-annual, and annual state filings.
• Research surplus lines requirements and liaise with state departments.
• Generate tax and fee reports and ensure system updates.
• Coordinate with internal staff on state tax IDs and allocations.
• Ensure compliance with state requirements across staff.
• California filing experience is in high demand.
