WAHVE is seeking experienced insurance professionals to work from home on Commercial Lines Compliance and Surplus Tax Filings. You will handle taxes, stamping fees, and state filings for all 50 states, while maintaining accuracy and regulatory alignment in a flexible, long-term remote role.

The position emphasizes leveraging extensive insurance experience, with opportunities to contribute to tax analysis, reporting, and inter-state coordination within a supportive virtual team.

Qualifikationen

• 25 years of full-time work experience.
• 10 most recent years in Commercial Lines Compliance / Surplus Tax Filings.

Aufgaben

• Process surplus lines tax filings and stamping fees for all states.
• Process daily, monthly, semi-annual, and annual state filings for all states.
• Analyze surplus lines requirements and coordinate with state insurance authorities.
• Generate tax and fee reports to keep systems up to date.
• Collaborate with internal staff to allocate state tax identifications.
• Ensure staff complies with state requirements.
