Job summary

Estrada Consulting, Inc. is seeking a ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management & Continuous Authorization & Monitoring Specialist for a 100% remote, part-time engagement up to 24 months.

The role focuses on refining risk assessment workflows, templates, and governance across ServiceNow IRM/CAM, with strong collaboration across stakeholders and a pilot implementation. Remote work and Pacific Time scheduling are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years developing, analyzing, and creating efficiencies within ServiceNow workflow processes.
• Minimum 3 years customizing IRM and CAM within ServiceNow to align with business objectives and risk appetite.
• Minimum 3 years working in a GRC environment, executing corporate projects and engaging organizational stakeholders.
• Experience developing professional templates to support organizational-level risk assessment processes.

Responsibilities

• Review, consult, and develop existing integrations to centralize control and assessment packages.
• Assess and optimize the risk assessment process, ticketing workflows, and response processing times.
• Propose standardization through templates for risk documentation and ticket requests.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity awareness and education teams to raise awareness of risk review tickets.
• Assist pilot execution of the RMF process using ServiceNow IRM and CAM modules.
