Qualifications

• Must have strong programming skills in C#, Java, or Python.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing is required.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and understanding of the SDLC.
• Proficient in writing and executing test cases and scripts.
• Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks and tools (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
• Experience with CI/CD tools and version control (GitHub Actions, Git, Subversion).
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter, Gatling) and defect tracking (JIRA).
• U.S. Citizenship required for this opportunity and it is a US-based remote role.
• This is a W-2 position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, cases, and procedures to ensure requirements are met.
• Develop test plans, schedules, and approaches.
• Write test cases/scripts and identify data for test scenarios.
• Walk through test cases/scripts with Test Managers and Leads.
• Perform tests to ensure defect-free operation of IT systems.
• Document and communicate test results clearly and promptly.
• Support analysis and resolution of open issues.
• Create daily test metrics and reporting.
• Occasionally perform other IT systems engineering activities.
