Job summary

Earned is seeking a Retirement Plan Specialist to provide comprehensive administration for Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans. You will work with clients to support design, compliance, testing, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of pension plan experience, with preferred experience using ASC and FT Williams software.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of five years of experience in pension or retirement plan administration.
• Experience with ASC and FT Williams software strongly preferred.
• Ability to calculate figures such as interest, proportions, percentages, and contribution limits.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills; detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile plan assets and ensure accuracy between trust records and plan data.
• Determine contribution limitations per regulatory requirements.
• Perform nondiscrimination and compliance testing for qualified retirement plans.
• Prepare administrative reports, participant statements, and IRS/Department of Labor filings.
• Communicate with clients and employees regarding plan administration matters.
