Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks a Regulatory Operations professional to manage QHP filing templates and regulatory submissions for high-risk states. The role requires coordinating with regulatory agencies (DOI, CMS) and internal SOT owners to ensure compliant, accurate filings aligned with product intent.

You will audit documents, implement new regulations, and lead onboarding of analysts, contributing to continuous improvement of department policies and workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
• 4+ years business process or data analysis in health insurance, compliance, or related area.
• Experience drafting/auditing QHP filing documentation or templates.
• Knowledge of SERFF and HIOS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and prepares QHP templates and filing documents for HIOS/SERFF in high-risk states.
• Audits QHP documents for compliance and alignment with product intent.
• Collaborates with Sources of Truth (SOT) for QHP templates and policy forms.
• Leads meetings and cross-functional collaboration to ensure accurate filing documents.
