Ideal candidates have 7+ years in healthcare regulatory work and a bachelor's or higher degree in business administration, health care administration, or related fields.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Health Care Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of regulatory, compliance, operations, or related experience, preferably in health care.
• Advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, administer, and implement Ambetter Regulatory Operations activities including complaints and escalations.
• Research and apply CMS, DOI, OIG, and HIPAA regulations to develop compliant processes.
• Coordinate responses to CMS/regulator information requests.
• Guide multiple departments on regulatory requirements and update policies accordingly.
• Identify CMS/Marketplace regulatory issues and advise management on impacts.
• Ensure clear communication of regulatory requirements across state and federal levels.
