Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Senior Project Manager, R&D, to lead cross-functional projects supporting digital health, connected devices, and software delivery. You will shape how work gets done within a growing team, drive execution, and align multiple workstreams across engineering, product, marketing, and customer-facing groups.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
6+ years of professional experience, including demonstrated project management experience leading complex projects.
PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead multiple complex, cross-functional R&D projects and digital product workstreams from planning through execution.
Own project scope, schedules, milestones, and dependencies with integrated plans.
Manage several concurrent workstreams, ensuring resources and dependencies are visible and managed.
Identify risks early and determine mitigation and escalation actions.
Communicate project status, risks, and decisions to teams and senior leadership.
Support resource and budget planning with functional leaders to align capabilities.
