Job summary

Manatee, Inc. is a virtual mental health clinic for kids and families. We are seeking a Senior Head of Provider Partnerships to drive growth of provider relationships in key markets, including Illinois and Texas.

You will lead a distributed team, coach to meet monthly and quarterly metrics, and directly close strategic partnerships with pediatric practices and health systems. You’ll split time between in-person relationship-building and strategic, remote work, traveling roughly 40–50% and

Qualifications

Ten+ years in quota-carrying sales, business development, or partnerships roles.
Five+ years in healthcare sales or partnerships, working with care providers or physicians.
Proven experience coaching and developing a team toward measurable targets.
Strategic operator mindset, able to optimize CRM workflows and coach individuals.
Comfortable with in-person selling and relationship building.
Willingness to travel 40–50% for in-person partnership activity.
Track record of hitting partnership or revenue targets you personally owned.

Responsibilities

Set strategy to grow provider and referral partnerships across Illinois and Texas.
Lead and develop a distributed team of five, with monthly/quarterly goals.
Build relationships with physician practices and health systems in-person.
Drive new partnerships from first contact to signed referrals, with own quota.
Maintain CRM integrity, improve workflows, and coach teams to close deals.
Report progress to CEO and Head of Operations, translating field data for leadership.
