Gainwell Technologies is seeking a Senior Professional Programmer Analyst to drive the development of healthcare administration products. You will lead the full software development lifecycle for NCPDP F6, shaping solutions used by Medicaid programs.

This fully remote role offers collaboration with cross-functional teams, opportunities for growth, and a range of benefits including flexible vacation and educational assistance.

Formación

• 6+ years in programming or testing with relevant languages and databases.
• 5+ years in software development, preferably in Medicaid/healthcare/pharmacy.
• Strong knowledge of NCPDP D.0 and F6 standards; SQL, XML, EDI processing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SDLC activities for the NCPDP F6 implementation across modules.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, QA, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Design, develop and maintain complex code for accurate processing of pharmacy claim transactions.
• Lead modifications to modules to accommodate updated NCPDP field definitions, rules, and state requirements.
• Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and mentor junior developers.
