Job summary

ELLKAY is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Manager, Global Delivery to lead a global portfolio of programs supporting business objectives. You will manage PM teams across the US and India, drive delivery performance, budgets, and quality, and collaborate with senior leaders to align initiatives.

The role requires deep healthcare data domain knowledge (HL7, FHIR, ICD-10), strong communications, and a track record in complex enterprise programs. Hybrid work with remote options is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5–7 years in Healthcare Project/Program Management.
• 8–10+ years of progressive leadership in complex technical programs, with 5+ years in large-scale healthcare data environments.
• 5 years of Global Team management.
• Deep healthcare data standards knowledge (HL7, FHIR, DICOM) and major EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, MEDITECH).
• PMP, PgMP, CHIME CHCIO credentials are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead program leadership for multiple initiatives across US and India.
• Oversee cross-regional delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget outcomes.
• Drive governance, reporting, and risk management for the portfolio.
• Mentor and develop global teams, align priorities with business objectives.
• Coordinate vendor and client executive stakeholder alignment at senior levels.
• Improve operational efficiency using data analysis and change management.
