Job summary

ELLKAY is seeking a Sr. Portfolio Manager, Global Delivery to lead delivery performance for a worldwide portfolio of healthcare data programs.

You will manage project teams across the US and India, align strategy with business goals, and drive compliant, high-quality outcomes in HIPAA-regulated environments. You will partner with senior leaders to forecast resources, manage budgets, and improve delivery through data-driven governance and agile practices.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required and 5-7 years related experience in Healthcare Project / Program Management.
Experience leading complex technical programs in healthcare data environments.
Domain knowledge of HL7/FHIR, ICD-10/SNOMED-CT, and major EHR platforms.

Responsibilities

Lead global program governance and strategy across PM teams in US and India.
Oversee program lifecycle: planning, resource allocation, budgeting, risk management.
Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, CMS, JCAHO, CLIA, and others.
Coordinate cross-regional priorities and handoffs among US and India teams.
Drive process improvement using data analysis, organizational change, and agile principles.
Report program status and performance with trends to leadership.
