Qualifications

• 4+ years IT experience
• 2+ years PKI experience
• Experience with public Certificate Authorities (Digicert, Sectigo)
• Knowledge of Digicert CertCentral preferred
• ITIL principles preferred
• Experience leading technical teams or projects preferred
• AWS certification preferred
• Experience with Python or scripting preferred
• 3+ years PKI experience preferred
• Enterprise PKI operations experience preferred
• 2+ years UNIX experience preferred
• W2 remote work with benefits when applicable

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and lifecycle of public CA certificates.
• Register and manage domains and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot PKI and certificate issues.
• Monitor PKI incident queues and resolve issues.
• Create and implement changes in PKI environment.
• Lead disaster recovery exercises for PKI/certificates.
• Design and implement PKI and security solutions.
• Identify challenges and develop improvements.
• Analyze data trends for root cause analysis.
• Perform capacity planning and maintenance for high availability.
• Apply DevOps principles to daily workflows.
• Lead or contribute to PKI/security projects.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Represent Crypto Services on incident management calls.
• Communicate technical issues to technical and non-technical audiences.
