Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a Senior PKI Security Engineer for a remote contract role supporting a large enterprise PKI environment. You will manage certificate lifecycles, drive PKI service improvements, lead incident response, and coordinate cross-team initiatives in a distributed setting.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in IT with 2+ years in PKI.
• Experience with PKI environments, certificates and encryption.
• Familiarity with public CAs (DigiCert, Sectigo).
• CertCentral experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage issuance and lifecycle of public CA certificates.
• Register and manage domains and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot PKI and certificate issues.
• Monitor PKI incident queues and resolve issues across severities.
• Create, review and implement changes in PKI and certificate env.
