The Jonus Group is seeking a Major Case Consultant for a fully remote role in the United States. You will lead investigations, evaluate exposure, and negotiate high-value claims, leveraging litigation management expertise and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or equivalent preferred.
• Industry designations CPCU or AIC strongly preferred.
• Experience with high-value, complex claims across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex investigations and negotiate high-value claims independently.
• Analyze coverage and liability with strong reserving strategy.
• Manage litigation strategy and direct defense counsel.
• Serve as SME and mentor other claim professionals.
• Evaluate training programs and claims handling standards.
• Provide reporting to underwriting and reinsurance teams.
• Improve workflows and align with policy language and risk selection.
• Build relationships with internal and external partners.
