Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
• At least five years of LIHTC development or consulting experience.
• Preferred credentials such as CPA, MBA, MRED, JD.

Responsibilities

• Engage in LIHTC development strategy and feasibility analysis.
• Direct preparation of LIHTC applications under QAPs.
• Serve as a client contact and advisor.
