Qualifications

• Five years of LIHTC development or consulting experience.
• Preferred CPA, MBA, MRED, JD, or similar credential.
• Knowledge of LIHTC program and state housing agency processes.

Responsibilities

• Advise on LIHTC development strategy and feasibility analysis.
• Direct preparation of LIHTC applications under Qualified Allocation Plans.
• Serve as a client contact and advisor.
