Qualifications

• At least five years of LIHTC development or consulting experience required.
• Preferred CPA, MBA, MRED, JD, or similar credential.
• Ability to effectively prioritize a fast-paced workload.

Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate sources and uses for financial transactions.
• Serve as a client contact and advisor.
