The ideal candidate will have at least five years of related experience and a relevant degree. The position offers a competitive salary range of $123,000 to $166,000 depending on experience, along with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Political Science, Public Policy, or a related field.
• At least five years of LIHTC development or consulting experience.
• Knowledge of the LIHTC program, including 9% and 4% transactions.

Responsibilities

• Engage in and advise on LIHTC development strategy.
• Direct preparation and review of LIHTC applications.
• Serve as a client contact and advisor.

Skills

LIHTC development or consulting experience

Knowledge of affordable housing finance structures

Strong computer skills (Excel)

Verbal and written communication skills

Relationship management and advisory skills

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
