Job summary

You will review county records, production history, and seller files, then produce client-ready reports and contracts while meeting tight deadlines and maintaining professional communication

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience analyzing title opinions and researching county records to track leasehold transactions.
• AAPL membership required.
• Ability to meet daily/weekly deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication with clients and management.
