Job summary

DNV GL USA, INC. is hiring a Clinical Surveyor to support healthcare quality improvement by promoting ISO 9001 and NIAHO accreditation standards. The position is remote from anywhere in the Continental U.S.

with up to 100% travel to customer sites. You will survey healthcare organizations nationwide, assess compliance, document findings, and prepare management reports highlighting risks and opportunities to strengthen patient safety and quality of care.

Responsibilities

• Participate on the healthcare survey team to ensure provider compliance with DNV guidelines.
• Survey healthcare organizations independently across the United States.
• Assess compliance against applicable standards and ISO principles.
• Prepare management reports on nonconformities and risks.
• Communicate with staff to discuss standards and identify improvement opportunities.
• Supervise and mentor survey team members when applicable.
• Attend scheduled educational calls.
• Complete ongoing training and education requirements.
• Participate in other DNV activities as assigned.
