Job summary

TH Experiential is expanding its production team and seeks an Executive Producer to own the full production lifecycle from RFP scoping through final reconciliation. You will protect margins, maintain client confidence, and scale production capabilities as the business grows.

This is a senior operator role focused on building systems, developing talent, and driving results. The role requires leadership across multiple projects, strong budgeting discipline, and the ability to establish playbooks

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 7+ years of experiential marketing or live event production experience.
• Proven ability to own project P&Ls and deliver projects on or under budget.
• Experience building and managing freelance production teams across markets.

Responsibilities

• Own the full production lifecycle across all active projects from award to closeout, ensuring the right people, plan, budget, and documentation.
• Serve as the senior production decision-maker on concurrent activations, managing priorities and conflicts.
• Develop and maintain production playbooks, templates, and SOPs for repeatable delivery.
• Own client-facing production experience from kickoff to wrap, ensuring quality and responsiveness.
• Lead onboarding and training for project managers and coordinators, and mentor junior staff.
