Raymond James, Inc. is seeking a Senior Registered Virtual Client Service Associate to provide proactive, high-quality virtual client service and account maintenance for financial advisors and clients.

The role supports advisors across phone, email, in-person, and virtual channels with strong organizational and communication skills. Under supervision, you will assist with client onboarding, transitions, reports, and outreach projects while adhering to standard operating procedures and regulatory

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and five (5) years of licensed financial services industry service experience.
• SIE required; Series 7 required; Series 63/65/66 as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with assigned advisors on a daily basis to ensure needs are met and support is provided.
• Manages client account maintenance: opening/maintaining accounts, submitting forms, money movement, monitoring transactions and transfers.
• Delivers client support including meeting preparation, reports, follow-ups, and outreach projects.
• Responds promptly to inquiries and requests, providing high-caliber service.
• Researches complex client situations and coordinates with home office to resolve issues.
