Qualifications

• Minimum education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Associate's Degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify medical insurance coverage for all referred patients.
• Contact patients to obtain and confirm insurance information.
• Coordinate referrals from external hospitals to UTHealth physicians.
• Deliver excellent customer service and guide patients through scheduling.
