Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a full-time Senior Marketing Coordinator to support our Federal Marketing team. This is a fully remote position with preferred location in Richmond, VA; other Virginia Beach, VA, or Raleigh, NC areas will be considered.

The role focuses on developing proposals and qualifications, preparing teams for shortlist interviews, and QA/QC of marketing materials across graphics, technical, and proposal staff to deliver compliant, compelling content for Dewberry's Federal pursuits.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of AEC marketing experience, personally producing proposals and managing proposal efforts.
• Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
• Strong project management and organizational experience, self-motivated with ability to manage concurrent deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support proposal teams to develop proposal responses, shortlist interviews, and other presentations.
• Manage major aspects of multiple proposal efforts within target market segments.
• Develop understanding of client pursuits to improve content and processes.
• Coordinate with pursuit teams across multiple offices and service lines.
• Write and edit proposal documents and marketing materials including resumes and executive summaries.
• Perform QA/QC on proposals and marketing materials.
