Job summary

Dewberry is seeking a Pursuit/Proposal Manager to support the Federal Marketing team in a fully remote role. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of AEC marketing experience, especially with federal proposals, and will coordinate teams to develop compliant proposals.

Preferred location is Fairfax, VA, with consideration for Richmond, VA, Virginia Beach, VA, or Raleigh, NC. Travel to Fairfax offices may be required occasionally.

Qualifications

• B.A./B.S. in A/E/C marketing or equivalent.
• 10+ years producing SF330 proposals and managing proposal efforts.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of proposal preparation: technical proposals, RFIs, sources sought, qualification packages, and presentations.
• Coordinate pursuit teams across offices and service lines to develop compliant, compelling proposals.
• Lead proposal-related meetings and QA/QC on marketing materials.
